What an awesome wkend….banquet dinner on Thursday followed by a wkend at Bangor Lodge with the family and extended family. So many kids I haven’t met! They’re all so cute! (when they’re not crying…) The drive up to Muskoka actually wasn’t as long as I thought. Bangor Lodge totally reminded everyone of “Dirty Dancing”. The people are very friendly, and the food was great! It was so nice to have everyone together. The games were fun too…man, our family rules in Pictionary. I went to the driving range, did some paddle boating, and went swimming in the pool. What I didn’t do was sleep. Between my dad’s snoring, and our rowdy neighbours, I didn’t get to rest much. Still, it was all good fun…how nice to see the whole family together and laughing. Reminds me of when I was a kid and I thought everything was perfect in the world.
