So I’ve been having anxiety all week. Heart palpitations and stuff. I’m not big on confrontation so it really stressed me out. How can I tell? I was able to function on 3 hrs of sleep for the past few nights. Last night was the first night that I actually slept more than 6 hrs. Oh felt good to wake up and look at the time and it says 6am (instead of 3am!)
I’m so excited for what’s coming up for me. I think I’m ready for a brand new start….Need a change!
It’s funny how anger spurs a good cardio workout. I should get angry more often…as long as I can continue to use the gym as an outlet i’m set! YAY!
