here I am sitting on the sofa and blogging with our gift from santa:ipod touch. I must admit I didn’t think I would be using it this much but the wifi connection is pretty good-can’t beat unlimited data! I’d love to get the iphone with 3g and unlimited data access..

I like looking at youtube clips moreso on this device than on my pc…now if only I could figure out how to downgrade the os then load jailbreak!

Oh my I saw you put your tights on and I thought they looked familiar…I used to wear those when I was in university! Then you put the jumper on and I thought wow I had that same outfit!

What’s old is new again! Love the 60′s baby doll dresses…so cute and comfy. I should see if my Granny has kept hers since then! Although she was so teeny tiny, it would probably just fit my arm

Remember how there used to be only popular songs in commercials? Now they’re using relatively new artists and driving people to figure out what the song and artist is….Happened to me with the Old Navy commercials. What IS that song “I love the way you call me baby…” It’s called “The Way I am” by Ingrid Michaelson. Of course had to download her album. Love the sound…

Same with Feist and the iPod nano ad. 1..2..3..4….

Grey’s Anatomy has a great soundtrack. At the end of the show, “this episode featured songs by…” What a great way to connect with the audience.

A few months ago, Palm pre-announced a *revolutionary device* called the Foleo. “The Foleo would wirelessly synchronize with a smartphone, like a Palm Treo. Users could then check their e-mail and surf the Web with the larger, more comfortable screen and keyboard of the Foleo.” Now the company is canceling the product all together. Oh someone buy out Palm and just put’em out of their misery!

On the flip side, Apple announced an all new line up to their iPod line. New shuffles (colours), Nanos (video and new colours!), iPod Classic (up to 160 GB!), and new iPod touch (iPhone sans a phone, including wifi!). Also, dropping the price of their 8 GB iPhone by 200 bucks! New software will enable the iPod touch and iPhone to let you wirelessly download music from the new iTunes Wifi Store! This is the biggest change to the iPods in quite a while. Get ready for sold-out shelves in time for xmas! Yay Apple!

1. Oooh not sure if this is a new feature but facebook now allows you to send links for photo albums to share with people who don’t have a facebook account! Hmm should flickr be worried? Facebook’s photo upload tool is pretty easy and user-friendly. Not sure if they have a Mac version. Guess we’ll see what happens…facebook is trying to steal your identity!

2. When I’m shopping for items online, and there are numerous pages of items, I like to have a ‘view all’ option. Much easier to navigate by just scrolling up and down instead of clicking through pages. Although this may hurt the overall look and feel of the site, I think all sites should have this option for usability aspect.

Walked into Kelsey’s on Hwy7 and Yonge. ‘Heeeeey I know you….’ Yup Jamie from PCW. The conversation went something like, ‘hmmm what’s your name again..?’ ‘It’s been what, 12-14 years now?’ ‘have you hit the thirties yet?’ lol…funny stuff. I can’t believe it’s been so long.

Running into old friends on Facebook sure is entertaining. It makes it easy to catch up! Makes me think about all the people that I’ve come across in my life…nice to find out what everyone is up to these days.

Gahh I know I’m getting old when I start reminiscing…and listening to 90′s music! P.M Dawn, Enigma, yay!

Hmm these chairs look familiar. Ah yes, these are the same design as the kitchen chairs in my family home. Only took 30 years for them to come back in style!

And at 1000 bucks a chair…wow!
